PostPulse is a Shopify application that allows merchants to create surveys and collect feedback from customers directly on their storefront. The Service enables merchants to display survey widgets on their websites and analyze customer responses.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant using PostPulse, you agree to:

You are responsible for the content of the surveys you create.

4. Customer Data

PostPulse may collect and store responses submitted by customers through survey widgets. Merchants are responsible for informing their customers about data collection where required by law.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in PostPulse, including its software and branding, remain the property of PostPulse. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated. Merchants may uninstall the app at any time to stop using the Service.
